The lime tree is a medium-sized shrub, quite vigorous and fruitful. It has many thin, branched, thorny branches with dense, pale green foliage. This essential oil is an excellent top notes modifier in colognes containing neroli, it brings freshness in chypres and florals, aldehydic florals and is also used in hesperidic and woody compositions.
