The mandarin tree is a small tree with simple and smooth dark green leaves that can reach up to 8 meters in height. The scent of its fruits is sparkling, fruity, slightly bitter, sweet, not very fresh and reminiscent of the zest of the fruit. It blends very well with all the citrus, aniseed, woody, floral and marine notes.
