The smell of lavandin is rather greasy, aggressive and fruity, overhung by a fresh and camphorated eucalyptus note. It is used in high-end perfumes and in lavender, fern, amber, chypre or tobacco compositions. It is also known for its microbial, virucidal and neurotonic virtues.
